In energy-based traditions, the chakras are described as energy centres in the body, each associated with aspects of our physical, emotional and spiritual experience. In the ReikiFly Seven-Chakra Cleansing course we get to know the seven main chakras step by step and, for each one, experience a set of meditation, breathing, self-awareness and energy practices. This course is not only about knowing the chakras; the aim is to know yourself through the path of the seven energy centres.
The seven stages of the journey
- Root chakra (Muladhara): safety, stability, grounding and connection with material life
- Sacral chakra (Svadhisthana): emotions, creativity, pleasure and the flow of life
- Solar plexus chakra (Manipura): will, self-confidence, the power of choice and personal boundaries
- Heart chakra (Anahata): love, compassion, acceptance and forgiveness
- Throat chakra (Vishuddha): expression, communication and hearing the inner voice
- Third-eye chakra (Ajna): intuition, focus, observation and self-awareness
- Crown chakra (Sahasrara): meaning, awareness and the experience of spiritual connection

Seven chakras, seven mirrors
On this path each chakra can become a question: Where do I feel safe? What am I not allowing myself to feel? Where have I given away my power? What is my heart still holding? What have I left unsaid? What do I not want to see? And what gives my life meaning? Sometimes the answers to these questions are the beginning of change.
No Reiki training is needed to join this course. We begin at the root, where we stand, and step by step move toward the crown.
