Karuna means compassion in action: compassion that is not only a feeling but is joined with awareness and action. The ReikiFly Karuna Reiki® course is designed for seekers who have completed the advanced stages of Reiki and now wish to widen their knowledge and practice with a broader set of Karuna symbols and techniques. It is a path for deepening self-healing, working consciously with inner patterns and learning more advanced ways of working with Reiki within the Karuna teachings.
Karuna: the path of compassion
In the Karuna view, compassion does not only mean kindness toward others. The path begins with us: noticing what inside us needs attention, accepting our human experiences and consciously choosing to move toward change. This is why a large part of Karuna is dedicated to personal practice and self-healing.

Reaching Master is not the end of the path. Sometimes, right at that point, another stage begins, in which the focus moves from knowing more to going deeper into experience, compassion and responsibility. Reiki began the path. Master deepened the responsibility. Karuna is an invitation to compassion.
